Home Report keeps you front and center with your clients by delivering an automated monthly email that informs them about the health of their investment after closing. Home Report includes:
- Home Stats: Key information about the client's home, including purchase price, current equity, and automated valuation models.
- Trade Up Game: Clients can test their property value knowledge by guessing whether nearby homes are worth more or less than their own home.
- Readiness to Move Score: Get notified when a client indicates their likelihood of moving so you can reach out to provide assistance.
- Savings Calculator: Helps clients understand how making additional principal payments can reduce the amount of interest paid over time.
- Appreciation Forecast: Estimates the potential increase in home value over time.
- Home Maintenance and Financial Tips: Offers advice on maintaining and enhancing home value.
- Market Activity: Keeps clients updated on local pricing and inventory trends.
- Active and Pending Listings: Clients can explore current listings and pending sales in their preferred neighborhoods.
- PMI Removal Tool: Shows clients who are paying Private Mortgage Insurance exactly how and when they can eliminate it, whether through refinancing, home appreciation, or extra payments.
- Refi Module: Alerts clients to possible savings through refinancing.
- Refi & New Loan Calculator: Clients can estimate monthly payments and costs for both refinancing and new loan scenarios.
- Referral Widget: Helps capture new clients each time a client refers a friend or family member.
- Client Profile: Gives clients the ability to manage their notification preferences, multiple properties, and personal/loan information all in one place.

Navigating to Home Report
1. Login to your ListReports account.
2. Click on Home Report in the left-hand navigation menu.
Add an Introductory Video
Personalize your clients' welcome using an introductory video. Simply:
1. Record a video using the recording software of your choice (i.e. Social Studio, Loom, Vidyard)
2. Upload your video to Youtube.
3. Copy your video's Youtube link.
4. Navigate to your Profile tab within your ListReports account.
5. Paste the link under Video (Home Report Intro).
6. Click Save.

Inviting Clients
Next, it's time to invite your clients to the Home Report! You can:

4. Share Home Report beyond your immediate network by distributing your personal invite link. To get started, go to your Home Report tab and click Share my invite link.
From there, choose how you'd like to share your link. Here are a few easy ways to get it in front of more people:
- Copy Link: Add your link to your email signature so new clients can easily sign up to receive their Home Report.
- Download QR Code: Print your personalized QR code on flyers, business cards, door hangers, and more.
- Text to Self: Send the link to your phone, making it simple to copy and paste into text messages to your contacts.
- Share on Social Media: Choose from several engaging images in the Shareables tab to quickly share your invite link with your network on social media.
Once you invite a client, they'll receive an email with a link to their personalized Home Report landing page. This page can be bookmarked and accessed anytime.
Monitoring Results and Following Up
Once invited, you can monitor your client's invitation status and their interactions with their Home Report from the Home Report tab.
Each client is automatically assigned a temperature ranking based on their recent activity, updated daily, so you always have a current view of engagement without any manual work. Pay attention to the following signals:
- Temperature: At a glance, see whether a client is Hot, Warm, In Nurture, or N/A. Use the quick filter on your client list to surface your most engaged leads and prioritize outreach accordingly. Click on your client's temperature chip to see what triggered their temperature ranking. Learn more about temperature rankings by clicking here.
- Activities: This metric shows the number of times a client has interacted with their Home Report. Click the number within the activity cell of your client's row to drill down and view exactly what actions your client took, along with the date and time. To learn more, click here.
- AI Buyer Overview: When you open a client's profile, the AI Buyer Overview analyzes their recent activity and surfaces a plain-language summary of their engagement along with three suggested talking points to help guide your outreach.
- Readiness to Move: Clients can share direct feedback on how soon they are likely to move, so you know when to reach out about preapproval and goal planning.
- Contact Form Leads: Clients can email you directly through the Home Report contact form. Monitor your inbox and respond quickly, as these are typically requests for immediate assistance.
- Weekly Summary Email: Every Monday you will receive a summary email highlighting your Hot leads from the past seven days, clients who have not yet been invited to Home Report, agent opportunities, and overall engagement metrics for your list.
Searching and Filtering Clients
Quick Filters

Use the tiles at the top of the Home Report page to quickly filter by each corresponding filter:
- Home Reports to Create: Use this filter to identify clients who have not yet been invited to Home Report.
- Receiving Home Report: Use this filter to view clients who have been invited to Home Report and are not opted-out or archived.
- Hot Leads: Use this filter to view clients who are currently ranked as Hot based on their recent activity.
- Total Clients Invited by Agents: These are shared leads that your paired agent has invited to Home Report.
Click the tile again to clear the filter.

- ☀️ Warm: Clients who have recently engaged with their Home Report, such as clicking on the page, running a calculator, viewing listings, or referring a friend within the last 90 day.
- 🌱 In Nurture: Clients who are opted in to Home Report but have not yet triggered a Hot or Warm signal.
- N/A: Clients who have opted out or unsubscribed from Home Report.

Status: Filter by where clients are in their Home Report journey.
- Not Invited: Clients who have not been sent a Home Report because required information is missing (typically their email address). Click Invite to complete the missing details.
- Receiving: Clients who are receiving the Home Report but have not yet interacted with it.
- Engaged: Clients who are receiving their Home Report and have viewed it at least once.
- Opted Out: Clients who have opted out of receiving their Home Report.
- Archived: Users you have archived who are no longer subscribed to Home Report.

- Manual Input: Added an individual client by manually entering them under "Add a Client"
- Bulk Upload: Added a client using our import clients feature.
- Signup Link: Added by using a signup link under Share my invite link.
- QR Code Signup: Added by a client scanning a QR Code found under Share my invite link.
- Shareables Signup: Added by a client signing up for a Home Report via a Home Report Shareable found under Share my invite link.
- CRM Integration: A client added through a CRM integration.
- SMS Text Signup: Added by signing up for a Home Report via a signup link shared via a text message found under Share my invite link.
- Strike Rate: A client who is added via MBS Highway's Strike Rate.
- Transaction Date

- Interest Rates Between

Pairing and Co-branding with Agents on Home Report
Pairing with agents on Home Report unlocks powerful co-branding opportunities. Follow the steps below to maximize your reach.
1. Pair with agents:
- If you have ListReports Elite + Home Report, click here to learn how.
- If you have Home Report as a standalone subscription, click here.
2. Adding an agent's co-branding: Once paired, you can add an agent’s co-branding to your clients' Home Reports. Click here to see how.
3. Home Report unlocked for paired agents: Your paired agents can also invite their clients to receive personalized monthly Home Reports, just like you. Their clients will appear in your Home Report dashboard as "Shared Leads," giving you visibility so you can help serve their clients' needs and strengthen your relationship.
4. Nudge your paired agents to invite their clients: If your paired agents have not yet invited clients to Home Report, you can send them a reminder email by using the Nudge them link seen below.
