Quick Guide to Getting Started with Home Report

Home Report keeps you front and center with your clients by delivering an automated monthly email that keeps them informed about the health of their investment after closing. Each Home Report delivers:

  • Home Stats: Key information about the client's home, including purchase price, current equity, and automated valuation models.
  • Savings Calculator: Helps clients understand the benefits of making additional principal payments.
  • Appreciation Forecast: Estimates the potential increase in home value.
  • Home Maintenance and Financial Tips: Offers advice on maintaining and enhancing home value.
  • Area Sales Statistics and Trends: Shows recent listings and sales in the client's area.
  • Market Activity: Keeps clients updated on local pricing and inventory trends.
  • Referral Widget: Helps capture new clients each time a client refers a friend or family member.

Navigating to Home Report

To access your Home Report:

1. Login to your ListReports account.

2. Click on My Clients in the left hand navigation menu.

Inviting Clients 

Next, it's time to invite your clients to the Home Report! You can:

1. Add individual clients to Home Report. Watch the video below to see how:

2. Add multiple clients at once. You can bulk upload up to 500 clients at once. Check out the video below to see how:

3. Invite a client using your personalized invite link! Just navigate to your My Clients tab, click the button seen below, and share it how you would like such as email, text, or social media post.

Once you invite your client, they will receive an invitation email where they can access their personalized Home Report landing page. This landing page is an active link that can be bookmarked and accessed at any time.


 

Monitoring Results

Once invited, you can monitor your clients' invitation as well as their interactions with their Home Report in the Home Report tab.

We will provide you with the following metrics: 

  • Activities: This metric shows the number of times a client has interacted with their Home Report. To learn more about activities and how to use them to grow your business and relationships, click here
  • Last Activity: This shows the last time the client interacted with their Home Report.

Pro Tip: Use the arrows on the Activities and Last Activity columns to sort the clients who are engaging with Home Report the most. This may be a good time to reach out to them and see if they have any plans to refinance, purchase a new home, or consolidate their debt!


 

Searching and Filtering Clients

You can use our search and filter functions under the My Clients tab to:

  • Search individual clients by name or email
  • Find clients by:
    • Client Type
      • Active: Users who are currently receiving and engaging with the Home Report. 
      • Referral: Users referred to your Home Report by a subscribed client.
      • Archived: Users you have archived and are no longer subscribed to Home Report.
    • Home Report Status
      • Eligible: Clients for whom we have collected their name, email, and property address, making them eligible to receive the Home Report. These clients have also not opted out or unsubscribed from Home Report communications.
      • Receiving: Clients who are receiving the Home Report but have not yet interacted with it.
      • Engaged: Clients who are receiving their Home Report and have viewed it at least once.
      • Opted Out: Clients who have opted out of receiving their Home Report.
      • Unsubscribed: Clients who have opted out of all ListReports' communications, including Home Report.
      • Referral Pending: An individual referred by a client, who has started receiving their Home Report but has not yet viewed it.
    • Loan Type
    • Transaction Date
    • Loan Amount
    • Interest Rates
    • Loan Terms
    • Purchase Price

If using filters, always remember to click Apply Filters at the bottom of the pop-out.

Pairing and Co-branding with Agents on Home Report

Pairing with agents on Home Report unlocks powerful co-branding opportunities. Follow the steps below to maximize your reach. 

1. Pair with agents: 

  • If you have ListReports Elite + Home Report, click here to learn how.
  • If you have Home Report as a standalone subscription, click here

2. Adding an Agent's Co-branding: Once paired, you can add an agent’s co-branding to your clients' Home Reports. Click here to see how. 

3. Home Report Unlocked for Paired Agents: Your paired agents can also invite their clients to receive personalized monthly Home Reports, just like you. Their clients will appear in your Home Report dashboard as "Shared Leads," giving you visibility so you can help serve their clients' needs and strengthen your relationship.
