In this article, you will learn how to easily add an agent's co-branding to a Home Report, which will help you build your client and referral partner relationships simultaneously.
Inviting Agents to Co-brand on Home Report
First, you will need to invite an agent to co-brand with you on Home Report:
- If you are an Elite subscriber, simply invite them to pair. Click here to learn how.
- If you are only subscribed to Home Report for ListReports, follow the steps below.
1. Click Search.
2. Search for the agent's name or email address.
3. Select the agent you wish to invite from the drop down.
- If you do not see the agent, you can easily add them by clicking Add New.
4. You can now edit the agent's info, including their headshot, by clicking Edit.
5. Choose how well you know this agent.
6. Add an optional message to personalize the invitation.
7. Click Invite.
Adding a Co-Brand Agent on Home Report
1. Navigate to My Clients.
2. Click the Home Report tab.
3. Find the Home Report you would like to co-brand and click Add Co-Brand Agent! in the Agent Co-Brand column.
4. Click the checkbox next to the agent you would like to co-brand with on your Home Report. Here are some things to keep in mind when co-branding with agents:
- If an agent is already paired with you and you select them to co-brand, they will be automatically added to the Home Report.
- You may invite the listing agent or buyer’s agent to co-brand with you on Home Report unless the agent is already paired with another loan officer on ListReports.
5. Click Save & Close.
6. You may preview your client's Home Report with the agent's co-branding by clicking the Preview icon.
