For users with the MBS Highway Loan Advisor or Full Suite subscription, Strike Rate data is now synced with the Home Report. This means that when loan officers set a custom rate target for clients inside MBS Highway Strike Rate, those thresholds will be reflected in their clients’ Home Reports as well.

Added a hundred clients to Home Report via a bulk upload? If you’ve got an MBS Highway Loan Advisor or Full Suite Subscription, those clients will now appear in your Strike Rate tool as well (using the default threshold settings). That means that you’ll automatically get notified when rates hit the target levels, helping you reach out with more intention.
Similarly, if you’ve manually entered custom Strike Rates for clients into MBS Highway, we’ll port those thresholds across to your clients’ Home Reports as well.
Where to Find It
The Strike Rate feature can be found within the Home Report tab of your ListReports/Home Report account and also under the Loan Advisor tab within MBS Highway (pictured below).
