The Editable Market Area + Map can be found under the Market tab within your client’s Home Report. The Market Trend cards are pre-loaded with cities and zips near the client’s home, and can be edited, displaying up to five markets of their choosing.
Clients can compare different cities and zips at a glance, based on median list price, number of active listings and days on market. They can also click to view full listing details for any property displayed on the map or below.
Market Area Alerts to LOs
If a client interacts with this module, we’ll let you know via your Activity Feed. You’ll be notified if they change their market areas so you can stay on top of places they might be considering for a move or an investment opportunity.
Monitoring Activity
Use the table in the Home Report tab within your ListReports account to monitor client interaction with this widget to get a better understanding of their intentions and financial goals.
