Quick Guide to Getting Started with LO Recruit

This guide will help you navigate the tool and make the most of its powerful features. LO Recruit is designed for branch managers to discover, evaluate, and engage with loan officers.


What is LO Recruit?

LO Recruit is a comprehensive tool built into the ListReports platform that leverages data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to:

  • Search and filter for loan officers based on their location, company, production stats and more.
  • Evaluate loan officer production stats and potential fit.
  • Engage with potential recruits using our AI-powered emails, texts, and call scripts.

With LO Recruit, recruiting becomes streamlined, efficient, and effective.


Steps to Getting Started

1. Access LO Recruit

To navigate to LO Recruit, make sure you have your ListReports credentials handy and then follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to ListReports.

  2. Navigate to the Agent Intel tab.
  3. Click the Loan Officers tab.

  4. From here, you'll see the new tabs exclusive to LO Recruit.

    • Latest Intel: Get real-time, data-driven insights on loan officers, including performance trends and comparisons within their company.

    • LO Search: Find and follow loan officers by name, email, NMLS ID, or use filters like location and production stats to discover high-potential recruits.

    • Company Search: Explore companies and drill into branch-level data to identify top-performing branches and the loan officers within them.

    • Following: Keep tabs on the loan officers you've marked for follow-up and monitor any updates or changes in their activity.

2. Reviewing Your Branch Details

Your branch roster helps power LO Recruit’s insights and recommendations. Keeping it accurate ensures your forecasts, benchmarks, and recruiting suggestions reflect real production data. Removing inactive LOs and adding new hires keeps your data clean and actionable.

Finding Potential Recruits 

3. Searching and Filtering LOs

Using LO Search, you can easily discover and track loan officers. You can search for an individual loan officer using their name, email address, NMLS ID, or company name. 

To cast a wider net, you can use the filter drop-down including county name, production ranking, company name, and active in the last 12 months.

3. Exploring Company and Branch Details

The Company tab lets you search for organizations and dig into their branch-level performance. Follow the steps below or watch a short video tutorial.

  1. Click Agent Intel.
  2. Select the Loan Officers tab.
  3. Click the Company Search sub-tab.
  4. Search by Company Name or NMLS #.
  5. Click the company name to open a detailed table view.
    • You’ll see data like Branch NMLS, City, Zip, County, FIPS, State, LO count (12m), Loan count (12m), Total Volume, and more.
  6. Use the View drop-down to filter or reorganize the data by Branch, Loan Officer, State, or County.

From here, you can dive into specific branch profiles, review detailed stats, and follow individual loan officers for ongoing insights.

 

4. Diving Deeper into LO Production

Once you identify potential recruits, you can dive deeper into their productions stats and see how they can help grow your branch's production volume:

  • Detailed production stats
    • Review the mix of loans they specialize in and their transaction details
  • Evaluation module showing potential impact on your branch
    • Our forecast modeling will help you determine their impact on your particular branch, to see who might be the best fit for your team
  • Agent referral network 
    • You can see their network of referral partners under their Connections tab

Next, click the follow button to track their stats and receive regular updates straight to your inbox or within your intel feed.

Monitoring and Recruiting

4. Latest Intel and Following LOs

Use your latest intel feed provides you data driven insights so you can reach out to the right loan officer at the right time. Key insights you will receive include: 

  • Comparison to other LOs in their company
  • Ranking against their company as a whole
  • Pace of current production vs historic
  • Production of personal transaction volume

5. Starting the Conversation

Now that you have reviewed an LO's loan production details and see the potential growth they can help contribute to your branch, it's time to reach out! Smart Contact uses AI to generate compelling messaging using LO production stats and transactions.

Next, choose if you know the loan officer or not and then generate one of the following templates:

  • Smart email: This will be generated in your default email app with the loan officer's email address already filled in, (if available).  
  • Smart message (SMS, text message): We will generate a text message that you can text to the phone number we have on file for you. From there, copy, paste and send it to your new recruit! You can find the loan officer's phone number in the header next to the LO's headshot.
  • Phone call script: Use our AI-generated script with key data points to guide your call and personalize your pitch.
