Sorting your Results
You can sort agents within the Agent Intel search by:
- Share of wallet
- Total number of sales (90 days or 12 months)
- Median sales price (90 days or 12 months)
- Number of active listings
- Total number of listings (90 days or 12 months)
- Median list price (90 days or 12 months)
Please note: In determining your Share of Wallet, we use your provided NMLS ID in your ListReports® profile to cross-reference and determine your participation in transactions with an agent. We calculate the loans completed by you versus someone else based on buy-side records, excluding certain loan types like refinances and all-cash transactions.
To sort by one of the filters, simply click on the arrow located next to the column you would like to sort by (see image below):
Filter your Search Results
Once you generate a list of agents in a particular area, you may want to filter out some agents based on additional criteria like transaction history. To begin filtering, click on the filter by dropdown box pictured below:
Agent Intel Filter Options
Median Sales Price: This reflects the middle point of property sale prices in a specific area during a given period, representing the price at which half of the properties sold for more and half for less.
Total # Sales: Allows you to view total buy-side transactions in either a 90 day or 12 month time period.
✋Helpful Tip: Use the 90-day filter option to identify real estate agents who may be relatively new to the field but are showing promising early signs of promise in their careers. These agents are more likely to be open to working with new loan officers and need additional assistance in building their brand and marketing strategy.
Median List Price: The middle value of property listing prices in a particular area during a specific period, indicating the price at which half of the listings are priced higher and half are priced lower.
Following status: Use this filter to remove agents from your search view that you are already gathering data on via our Follow function. You can also use this filter to look at agents you are already following. You may want to do this in order to export your list as a CSV file or to remove agents you are no longer interested in gathering data on.
ListReports user status: Allows you to target agents who are either users of ListReports or not. Use this filter to help you hone in your marketing approach.
Paired status: Agent accounts are always free, but they can be paired or unpaired on the platform. Pairing with a loan officer automatically unlocks certain features within ListReports (click here to learn more about the benefits of pairing). With this filter you can target unpaired agents or look up agents that are already paired.
Share of wallet: Toggle this on to view agents you have worked a transaction with in the past 12 months, excluding some transaction types such as refinances.
Once you have all your filters ready, click the Apply filters button at the bottom right hand corner of the pop out window as shown below:
Searching for an Agent or Brokerage
If you have already selected the search areas, you can use the search box to type in a name or company name, as pictured below:
The second way to find an agent is by using the Find an agent button located at the top right corner of the page (see image below). This ignores any filters you have set including areas. You can search both names and email addresses within this search box.
Can't seem to find the agent you are looking for? Use a first or last name only to get the maximum number of results. We do provide dynamic search results that allow for variations in spelling, but making small adjustments like this may help you find an agent who recently changed their last name or are using a nickname.
