  Instructions to Change their Paired Loan Officer within their Account

  1. Click My Loan Officer from the left-hand navigation menu.
     
  2. Click Change. 
     
  3. Type in the first and last name of the loan officer or their NMLS# and click Search.
  4. Find the loan officer from the list that appears and click Select.
