Home Report now includes a built-in lead scoring system that helps you quickly identify which clients are most engaged and most likely to be ready to move or refinance. This is based on the types of actions they’re taking within their Home Report.

Every opted-in client is automatically assigned a temperature based on their recent Home Report activity. Temperatures update daily, so you will always have a current snapshot of engagement without any manual work on your end.
There are four temperature levels (🔥 Hot, ☀️ Warm, 🌱 In Nurture, and N/A). Clicking into a client’s profile shows their temperature, along with an AI Buyer Overview that explains WHY they were categorized as such and suggests how you might engage them next.
Got lots of leads to keep track of? No problem. Simple filtering makes it easy to see who needs your attention now.
Where to Find It
The Temperature Ranking feature can be found within the Home Report tab of your ListReports/Home Report account. Activity-based suggested talking points can be found by clicking on the client’s profile so you know exactly what to say on your next call.
