Home Report x Strike Rate Integration FAQs

If I have Home Report and add an MBS Highway subscription that includes Strike Rate to my subscription package, do I need to do anything to add clients into my Strike Rate transaction table?

No. Any clients added to Home Report will be automatically added into Strike Rate.

What subscriptions do I need to have the Home Report x Strike Rate integration?
You will need a Home Report subscription or add-on subscription, as well as the MBS Highway Full Suite or Loan Advisor subscriptions.

When uploading client data into Home Report, will loan details I previously updated in Strike Rate be overwritten?

Yes. When client data is uploaded into Home Report, loan details will also be automatically updated within Strike Rate.

If I manually update a client’s Strike Rate targets, will those changes be overwritten by a Home Report upload?

No. Manually updated Strike Rate targets will remain intact and will not be overwritten by uploading client data into Home Report.

Will agent-owned transactions be added to my Strike Rate transaction table?

No. Agent-owned transactions will not be included in the Strike Rate transaction table.

If I update a client’s loan information, including entering a personalized Strike Rate, will that automatically be updated within their Home Report?

Yes. Updates made in Strike Rate will automatically be reflected in that client’s Home Report and vice versa.

Where do you get your estimated market rates from?

We use Freddie Mac as the source for today’s estimated market rates displayed in Home Report and Strike Rate.

Can I set my own rates within Home Report rather than using today’s estimated market rates?

No. However you can take into account your rates when entering your estimated Strike Rate Target Hits. For example, if your rates are generally about .25% above market rates, you can adjust your Strike Rate Target Hits by an additional .25%. So in the example below, you would update the target rates as follows:

Below $350,000$350,001-$806,499Above $806,500
1%.55%.625%
