Your clients will be introduced to the Home Report in one of two ways: 1) Receiving a direct invite from you or 2) accessing your personalized sign up link or QR code.
1) You invite your clients directly via a manual add or bulk upload.
Manually inviting a client to Home Report is simple. Only three pieces of information are required (name, address & email) to get them enrolled. That said, for your clients to get the full value from their Home Report (home equity options, early payoff calculators, etc.), it’s always best to add their loan details, if available.
2) Clients and prospects can sign themselves up using your personalized sign up link or QR code.
You can email your personalized sign up link, post it on social media via our Home Report Promo Shareables, or add your QR code to your website or marketing materials. All three methods route prospective clients to the self-service sign up flow below.
Once there, your prospects can preview their very own Home Report by entering their home address. To subscribe to the Home Report, they’ll be prompted to provide their name and email address.
Communications
Once a client completes the sign-up flow, any action taken within the Home Report by your client will appear in your Activity Feed, located in the left hand navigation menu or in the Home Report subtab, found within the My Clients tab. To learn how you can re-send an invite, click here.
Where to Find It
Your personal sign-up link is located in the My Clients tab under Share my invite link. To preview the sign-up flow yourself, paste the link into an incognito browser window to experience it as a client would.
If you invite clients using the Add A Client or Import Clients options, they’ll automatically receive an email with clear instructions on how to complete the sign-up.
