The LO Search tab helps you discover top loan officers in your area. With powerful filters like geography, production volume, and company, you can refine your search to find the perfect candidates for your branch.
Using Search and Filter to Find LOs
Once you identify promising loan officers, use the Follow feature to track their stats and receive regular updates, ensuring you stay informed and ahead in your recruitment efforts.
1. Navigate to the Loan Officers tab under Agent Intel.
2. To begin searching for loan officers, click on the LO Search sub-tab.
3. Next, use this search box to find an LO by searching their name, email, NMLS ID, as well as company.
4. You can also refine your search by using our Filter by drop-down.
5. Here, you can find LOs that match the following criteria:
- Their company or branch name, or NMLS
- County location
- Production ranking
- If they have been active in the last 12 months
6. Once you have made these selections, click Apply Filters.
7. Use the arrows in the column headers seen below to sort by each column.
8. To see a full breakdown of a particular LO's production data including past and projected, click on their name.
9. Once you have identified loan officers that meet your criteria, click Follow under the Follow Status column.
Helpful Tip: You can easily identify loan officers who have a Highway subscription (ListReports, MBS Highway or Home Report) by looking for the Highway logo seen below.
Once you follow an LO, you will begin receiving insights in your intel feed and directly to your inbox.
