This guide explains the different statuses associated with Home Report recipients, helping you understand each stage of client engagement. Use these definitions to identify where clients are in the Home Report process and tailor your follow-ups accordingly.
Home Report Status Categories
Not Invited: Clients in this category may have their name, property address, and some transaction details, but are missing a required piece of information and therefore haven’t been added to Home Report.
- What to do: Click the Invite button in their corresponding row, add any missing required information and then click Add to Home Report.
Receiving: Clients who are actively receiving the Home Report but have not yet interacted with it.
- What to do: Consider sending a friendly reminder or additional resources explaining the benefits of Home Report.
Engaged: Clients who have received and viewed their Home Report at least once. This is an ideal status, indicating that clients are actively engaging with their Home Report content.
- What to do: Monitor their activities and consider sending personalized insights or resources based on their engagement. We will notify you via email with any significant activities or messages such as a change in their Readiness to Move score indicating they are looking to move immediately.
Opted Out: Clients who have specifically opted out of receiving their Home Report. These clients do not wish to receive Home Reports, though they may still receive other ListReports communications if they haven’t unsubscribed entirely.
- What to do: No further action is needed; ensure their preference to opt out is respected.
Archived: Users you have archived who are no longer subscribed to Home Report.
- What to do: Nothing to do here! You can always unarchive them to start resending their Home Reports if you wish. Click here to learn more about archiving.
