Home Report Marketing Collateral: Client Introduction Script

Need help talking to a client about the benefits of Home Report? Check out the script below:

 

LO: Hi {client name}, I’ve sent you an invitation to receive your personalized monthly Home Report. It's a free monthly update on the value of your home, the equity you've built, local market activity, financing strategies and more. It’s a great way to review the health of investments, and an easy way for us to stay in touch.

Client: This sounds great. How do I find it and use it?

LO: You should have received the invite to {client email address} – once you accept the invitation, you’ll begin receiving the email once a month, but you can check in anytime by bookmarking the page. You can reference it on demand, and it updates in real time. 

Client: What kind of information will I see in the Home Report?

LO: You’ll see historical and forecasted appreciation levels for your home, a savings calculator to help you estimate savings that can be achieved by paying your principal off early, local sales activity, home maintenance tips, options for what you can do with equity and more. Not only that, but the Home Report provides a direct line to me – so if you see anything on there that piques your interest, you can send me a message about it right away.

Client: Great! Hmm, I don’t see the email.

LO: Check your spam folder just in case it got caught in there. If not, I’ll resend it to you. 

Client: Great, I think I see it. I’ll accept it now. Thanks!
