In this article, you will learn how to easily add an agent's co-branding to a Home Report, which will help you strengthen your client and referral partner relationships simultaneously. Every time a paired agent is co-branded on one of your client's Home Reports, that agent will be notified by email and by an alert within their activity feed.
Inviting Agents to Co-brand on Home Report
First, you will need to invite an agent to pair with you on ListReports. Once paired, you can co-brand with them on Home Report:
- If you are an Elite subscriber, simply invite them to pair. Click here to learn how.
- If you do not have an Elite subscription, but do have a Home Report subscription, follow the steps below.
1. Click Search.

2. Search for the agent's name or email address.
3. Select the agent you wish to invite from the drop down.
If you do not see the agent, you can easily add them by clicking Add New.
4. You can now edit the agent's info, including their headshot, by clicking Edit.
5. Choose how well you know this agent.
6. Add an optional message to personalize the invitation.
7. Click Invite.
Inviting Buyer's Agents During Client Setup
If you add a client and we recognize that you’re not paired with their agent on the transaction—and the agent is either unpaired on the platform or not yet a ListReports user—you’ll have the option to invite them during the client setup process. The agent invitation will be sent at the same time as the client’s Home Report invitation. Inviting the agent isn’t required; you can opt out at any time by simply unchecking the default checkbox during setup as seen below.
When an agent accepts your invitation to pair, they will automatically be co-branded to any shared client's transactions if they were the buyer's agent on the transaction. We will then notify the agent that they have been added to your shared client's Home Report.
Auto Co-branding for Newly Paired Agents
When you pair with an agent, we will add them to any of your client's Home Reports where they were the buyer's agent on the transaction. We’ll then notify your paired agent about their new co-branding, helping encourage them to add more clients and increasing your exposure as their co-branded loan officer.
Adding a Co-Brand Agent on Home Report
1. Navigate to Home Report.
2. Find the client whose Home Report you would like to add an agent to co-brand with and click + Add Agent in the Agent Co-Brand column.
3. Search and select which of your paired agents you would like to co-brand with.
4. Click Save.
Once saved, you’ll see your client’s Home Report profile where you can preview their Home Report with the newly added co-branding. Simply click the hyperlinked property address as seen below.
Automatic Co-branding with Paired Agents
ListReports has made it even easier for you to co-brand with your paired agents on your shared clients' Home Reports. When adding a client, if we recognize that you’re paired with the buyer’s agent on the transaction, we’ll notify you during the process and automatically co-brand the agent on the client’s Home Report. Once the Home Report is sent to your client, the paired agent will receive a notification via email and in their activity feed.
