ListReports for Title Representatives FAQs

Title Representative

How do I invite an agent to pair with me?

You can invite an agent to pair with you on ListReports in three simple steps:

1. Login to ListReports and click the red Invite button on your ListReports account.

2. Type in the agent’s name or email address and select the correct agent from the dropdown menu. If the agent you are looking for does not appear on the dropdown menu, fill in their information to send them an invitation to join.

3. Indicate your relationship with the agent. To view the email before it’s sent, click Send test to self or View agent’s invite experience. Add an optional message, then click Invite.

Done! You’ve successfully invited an agent to pair with you. Feel free to follow up by giving the agent a call – we even have some talking points you can use here.

As a title rep, what other tools do I have access to?

As a title rep, you will be provided access to our industry-best listing presentation materials such as infographics, pre-listing presentations, and neighborhood reports that may be used by the agents you are paired with to help them succeed. Your access will allow you to view and share materials with authorized users.

How do I create a CBA for an agent?

To access or create CBAs, the agent must be paired with a Title or Escrow rep. Once paired, the agent will receive automatic access to request a CBA for any of their listings.

To request a CBA for a specific agent, simply click “Request Now” in the CBA banner at the top of your ListReports account.

All we need is the property address and the name of the agent the CBA is for, and we’ll send it back to you within minutes.

What do I receive by subscribing?

Your subscription provides you instant access to ListReports, which will allow you to advertise your services, track agent production and market activity, manage inbound leads, and manage marketing-related compliance.

How do I build a relationship with a real estate agent on the ListReports platform?

Working with a licensed real estate agent on ListReports is very easy. If they already have a ListReports account, you can pair with them under the My Agents section found in the left-hand column of your ListReports account.

If they don’t yet have an account, you can invite them from the platform. Once they accept your invitation, they will be provided a free ListReports account that is paired with you.

Want to work with more agents?

We’ve got you covered. You’ll be able to search and locate licensed agents from the platform and when you choose to follow them, you will automatically be notified of their new listings.

Comparative Buyer Analysis

What is a Comparative Buyer Analysis (CBA)?

Today’s sellers expect real estate agents to have expert knowledge of market dynamics and demographic trends. To meet that need, ListReports has developed our Comparative Buyer Analysis, which helps agents stand out from the competition by giving them a new tool to win more listings through understanding a home and its neighborhood. The CBA provides essential information about a property and its neighborhood so that agents and property owners can make timely decisions about how they will successfully market the property.

What data points does the CBA include?

Comparative Buyer Analysis (CBA) includes:

  • Recent home sales data and market activity
  • Consumer data about recent home buyers
  • Consumer real estate purchase preference data
  • Identification of local businesses and amenities that are within a property’s immediate vicinity

Where does the CBA data come from?

We aggregate data from multiple sources and then analyze hundreds of data points for reliability and comparability trends. Our proprietary mix of licensed data goes right to the heart of the matter, informing agents and sellers with key information designed to accomplish a fast and successful listing.

However, as we continue to evolve our coverage and fine-tune our definitions, some data points may be too volatile or incomparable over time or across markets. This is particularly true for data in a) smaller geographies; b) markets with special or changing definitions of active inventory; c) markets with limited or partial listings; and d) coverage markets with limited or partial sales coverage.

For which properties may I request a CBA?

You may request a CBA for any home that is not currently listed for sale, pending, or coming soon on any MLS.

How quickly will you deliver a CBA once it is ordered?

CBAs will be returned within minutes.

Where can I find my completed CBA?

Your completed CBA may be found in your ListReports account.

Can I modify or edit a CBA?

Yes. Please submit all CBA modification requests to support@listreports.com.

Can I order a co-branded CBA?

Because we’re dedicated to providing a delightful and compliant product, the CBA design is representative of our learnings from both a compliance and industry perspective. The design is fixed, data is uploaded automatically, and the fields cannot be altered, which is why we do not provide an editable template and have no plans to create one.

If you wish to customize your CBA, our suggestion is to produce a cover page of your own design to clip to the CBA when distributing it. However, be sure to have your own compliance team approve it first.

What do I do if I need support?
