To ensure the highest quality for your headshots and logos on ListReports materials, please adhere to the following guidelines. Proper sizing and alignment are crucial for a professional and polished appearance.

Headshot Guidelines

Dimensions:  

- Optimal Size: 400 x 400 pixels 

- Minimum Size: 200 x 200 pixels

- Alignment: Centered  

Tips for Best Quality:

1. Resolution: Ensure the image is high-resolution. Low-resolution images will appear blurry and/or distorted.

2. Background: A clean, simple background works best. Avoid busy or cluttered backgrounds.

3. Lighting: Good lighting is essential. Natural light is preferred, but if using artificial light, make sure it's even and does not cast harsh shadows.

4. Framing: Ensure your face is centered in the frame, with a small amount of space around the head and shoulders.

5. Format: Save your photo as a JPEG or PNG file type.

Logo Guidelines

Dimensions:  

- Minimum Size 200 x 200 pixels

- Standard Size: 400 x 400 pixels 

- Large Size: 526 x 245 pixels

Tips for Best Quality:

1. Resolution: Use a high-resolution version of your logo to avoid any blurriness or pixelation.

2. Background: A transparent background is ideal, but white is acceptable as well. 

3. Format: PNG format is preferred for logos due to its ability to handle transparency. However, JPEG is also acceptable if transparency is not required.

4. Design: Ensure your logo is clear and readable at the specified size. We recommend refraining from using combined logos or logos combined with headshots. This may make the logos difficult to read and including a headshot with your logo is not necessary.

Updating Headshots and Logos

Agents can update both their headshot and logo within their Profile tab. Click here for instructions. 

Loan officers can update their headshot. However, for logos, loan officers must submit the change request to support@listreports.com where it will be reviewed for compliance purposes.
