Create a Marketing Kit for an Active Listing

Create a Marketing Kit

It's easy to create a new marketing kit! Login to your ListReports account and follow the steps below:

1. Click on the  Marketing Kits tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click on New marketing kit in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter the property address and select the address from the drop-down menu that appears.
4. Under Agent, type in the agent's name or email address to search and Select from the drop-down.
   • Don't see the agent you are looking for? Just click Add New and type in their details.
   • Helpful Tip: If you need to make changes to the agent's branding on the marketing kit such as adding a profile photo or a different phone number, click Edit. 
5. Since the marketing kit you are requesting is an active listing, you can click Submit and we will get to work creating your new marketing kit.
   • If you would like to make some edits or customize the kit with some additional information, you can do so using the section drop downs they are:
     • Listing details: Edit the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, property description, property type, property price, and open house days and times (up to two dates).
     • Photo Selection: Select up to 5 photos (the default is 3). To learn more about changing your photos, click here.
     • Customization: Add a color theme or change the custom text-to-lead code.
     • Co-marketing options: Select where you would like your co-branding to be featured within the marketing kit (this section is only available to loan officers). 
     • Extra Instructions: Add additional information here that you think our team ought to know!

Once the report is complete, you will be notified based on your notification settings.
