Keeping your profile information up to date will ensure that marketing kits and social media assets that you share will have accurate information and branding.
Updating your Profile Information
Updating your profile will mean any branded marketing materials generated by ListReports going forward will also have your updated profile information. To make changes to your profile, follow the steps below:
- Using the left-hand navigation menu, click Profile.
- From here you can make changes that include: uploading your headshot, name, email address, website URL, license number and more.
- Once you have made your desired changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
If you have marketing kits already in your account, we will ask if you would like the most recent ones to be updated with your new profile information.
Updating your Company Information
To update your company information such as a logo or company name, follow the steps below:
- Using the left-hand navigation menu, click Profile.
- Click on the Company tab at the top of the page.
- From here, you can change your company's name, address, phone number, as well as logo. To change the logo, simply click Upload as pictured below.
- Once you have made your desired changes, click Save.
