Updating Profile Information

Keeping your profile information up to date will ensure that marketing kits and social media assets that you share will have accurate information and branding. 


Updating your Profile Information

Updating your profile will mean any branded marketing materials generated by ListReports going forward will also have your updated profile information. To make changes to your profile, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the left-hand navigation menu, click Profile.
  2. From here you can make changes that include: uploading your headshot, name, email address, website URL, license number and more. 
  3. Once you have made your desired changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

If you have marketing kits already in your account, we will ask if you would like the most recent ones to be updated with your new profile information. 


Updating your Company Information

If you would like to make changes to your company information including changing your logo, updating your branch address and more, simply submit a ticket and we will take care of it for you. Just make sure to provide us with what changes you would like to make. We provide this service to help ensure your account is compliant.


Updating a Paired Agent's Profile Information

In order to ensure compliance, agent accounts cannot be updated by their paired loan officers without the agent's consent. It is easy for an agent to make changes to their account, click here to see how. Otherwise, you can email us at support@listreports.com and cc the paired agent so we can gain approval to make changes to their account.
