Pairing with a Loan Officer

 

Once logged into your ListReports® account, click on the My Loan Officer tab in the left-hand menu. Here, you can add a loan officer or change your current paired loan officer to a new one. Some things to note about pairing with a loan officer:

 

  • Whether you are paired or unpaired on the platform, agent accounts are free.
  • Loan officers pay a nominal fee and can pair with an unlimited number of agents.
  • You can change your paired loan officer at any time.
  • You can only pair with one loan officer at a time.

Invite a Loan Officer

To invite a loan officer:

  1. Click on the My Loan Officer tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. If you would like to invite the loan officers that appear at the top of the page to pair, mark their checkboxes and click Invite # loan officer.
  3. You can also invite a loan officer by clicking Invite someone else
    • Search by their name, email or their NMLS#. If they appear in the search, click Pair or Invite.
    • If you do not see them in the search results, click Invite and fill out the required information and then click Invite.
    • Please note: Check that the email address is correct so we can make sure to deliver the invite to their inbox.

Change your Current Paired Loan Officer

To switch your paired loan officer, follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Loan Officer

  3. Type in the name, email or NMLS# of the loan officer you would like to invite and click Search.
  4. Click Invite or Pair to invite or pair with a loan officer.

What to Expect when Inviting a Loan Officer to Pair

  • An invitation email will be sent to loan officers you wish to pair with on ListReports.
  • You will automatically be paired with the first loan officer who accepts your invitation.
  • Once paired, your marketing kits will be co-branded with that loan officer.
  • When a loan officer does not respond to your invitation after 10 days, an automatic reminder email will be sent.
