Create a Marketing Kit for an Active Listing

Create a Marketing Kit

It's easy to create a new marketing kit! Whether it is your listing or if you are hosting another agent's open house, you can create a new marketing kit (just make sure you have permission to market the property).  Login to your ListReports account and follow the steps below:

1. Click on the  Marketing Kits tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click on New marketing kit in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter the property address and select the address from the drop-down menu that appears.
4. Checkmark that you are the listing agent affiliated with this listing or you have been granted permission by the listing agent to share and market the property.
5. Click Submit and we will get to work creating your new marketing kit.
   • If you would like to make some additional edits or customize the kit with some additional information, you can do so using the section drop downs they are:
     • Listing details
       • Edit the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, property description, property type, property price, and open house days and times.
     • Photo Selection
       • Select up to 5 photos (the default is 3). To learn more about changing your photos, click here.
     • Customization
       • Add a color theme or change your custom text-to-lead code (paired feature).

       • Add additional information here that you think our team ought to know!
