Color Themes for Marketing Kits

When requesting a new Marketing Kit, you can choose from 70+ different color themes or create your own! To get started, you will need to navigate to where you can create a new marketing kit:

1. Click on Marketing Kits in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Click on New Marketing Kit in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. Enter the property address and select the correct address from the drop down.
4. Scroll down and click on the Customization section. 
5. Click on the drop down menu under Color theme.
6. Choose which color theme you would like to use. If an agent is paired with a loan officer, they can even create their own custom color theme.

Quick Tip: Make sure to click on the Make this my default color theme checkbox to make sure any marketing kits that are created in the future automatically have your chosen color theme applied.

Not sure which theme to choose? Click View color theme for a full preview of all of our premade palettes, including company-specific and generic themes. You can also hover your cursor over the blue eye symbol (please see example below) to get a quick preview of each palette.

Changing the color theme of an existing Marketing Kit

To change the existing theme of a Marketing Kit, simply:

1. Click on the Marketing Kit tab using the left hand navigation menu.
2. Click View next to the Marketing Kit you would like to edit.
3. Click the Edit kit button in the top right hand corner of the page.
4. Click the drop down for Profile & Branding.
5. Select the drop down under Color theme and choose the one you’d like to use.

Quick Tip: Make sure to click on the Make this my default color theme checkbox to make sure any marketing kits that are created in the future automatically have your chosen color theme applied.

Creating your own color theme

Need a unique color theme based on your logo? Check out our new customizable color themes! Navigate to the color theme option and then follow the steps below:

1. Select the drop down under Color theme.
2. Select Create your own color theme. We will automatically use your logo to create a custom theme. You can change to a different logo if needed, by clicking Use different logo.
3. To make changes on the colors within the color theme, click on the Pencil next to color. From here, you can add a HEX code or select a color manually from the color chart and line above. Click Update to make sure you save your changes!
4. Add your theme name i.e. “Sally’s theme” to store for future use.
5. Review the colors and click Save theme when finished.

Choosing a default color palette under Settings

Simply go to Settings and click on the Marketing kit settings tab. Under “Color theme”, select the palette you wish to set as your default option. And voila! Going forward, all of your marketing kits will be made with the selected color palette.

Helpful Tip: When creating or editing your Marketing Kits, you can simply use the checkbox next to “Make this my default color theme” to set a theme for all your future requests!
