Sharing your Marketing Kits 

Sharing is easy! You can download materials to print, or share them directly to social media by clicking the appropriate option under the asset you need.

Facebook

1. Click on the Facebook icon below the asset you wish to share.
2. A window will appear where you can add a few sentences to describe your post
3. Make sure the post settings are set to Public to maximize your reach and click Post to Facebook.

Share on a Facebook Business Page

If you’d like to share the marketing asset on a Facebook business page instead of your personal Facebook page, follow steps 1-2 above and then:

1. Click the drop-down menu pictured below.
2. Click Share on a Page you manage. 
3. Choose the page on which you would like to share the asset. 
4. Click Post to Facebook.  

LinkedIn

To share on LinkedIn:

1. Click on the LinkedIn icon below the asset you would like to share.
2. Click Share in a Post. 
3. Write a few sentences about the asset. 
4. Click Post.

Other Sharing Options

You’ll see a few other options for sharing under the Share icon.

For social media sites that are not compatible with links (such as Instagram), we recommend downloading the individual materials you wish to share and uploading them as either individual or multi-slide posts.

Note: Multi-slide posts on Instagram require all images to be the same size, which can be tricky when uploading materials that have different dimensions. You can always share materials to your story instead – we recommend adding an engagement sticker of some sort, like a poll or a link sticker directing to your website.

Copy Link

Use this option to share on other social sites by copying the link and then pasting it wherever you like! To do so:

1. Click on the up arrow below the marketing asset you would like to share.
2. Click Copy next to the URL. 
3. Now you can paste the URL wherever you prefer.

Email

This will open up your email browser, with the link to the asset.

1. Click on the up arrow below the asset you would like to share.
2. Click on the Email button.
3. Type in the email address of the person you’re sending it to.
4. Click Send.

X (Formerly known as Twitter)

1. Click on the up arrow below the asset you would like to share.
2. Select Twitter.
3. This will open up your X account so you can post!

Sharing from the View page

When you open any of the assets after clicking on the view icon, you’ll have several helpful options right at the top of the page. From there you can easily edit, copy the link, or share it on Facebook!
