Please note: Agents who are members of our Platform must certify that they are either (a) the Listing Agent or (b) have the permission of the Listing Agent to market the property before and as a condition to ordering one of our Marketing Kits. Prior to completing a Marketing Kit order, Agents must click the following box:

 

Steps to Creating a Marketing Kit

1. Using the left hand navigation menu, click on Marketing Kits.
2. Click on New Marketing Kit in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Type in the property address and select the correct address from the drop down.
4. If you have a reference link that has up-to-date listing information from a publicly accessible website like www.realtor.com, please provide it under Reference URL.
   • Please note: do not add the MLS link as we cannot access private logins. You can email yourself a client-facing version and add that as a reference URL. 
5. Add the following details within the Listing details and Photo selection sections or under the Extra Instructions section of the page:
   • Number of Bedrooms
   • Number of Bathrooms
   • Square Footage
   • Lot Size
   • Garage info
   • Year built
   • Price
   • Minimum of 4 Photos (Required)
   • Text Description (650 Character Max)
6. Click Submit and we will get to work creating your marketing kit.
