What is a Marketing Kit?
ListReports marketing kits contain 25+ assets for each stage of a listing’s lifecycle and can be generated for any residential address in the U.S.
Please note: Agents who are members of our platform must certify that they are either (a) the listing agent or (b) have the permission of the listing agent to market the property before ordering one of our marketing kits. Prior to completing a marketing kit order, agents must check the following box:

Automation through AutoPilot
AutoPilot searches for new listings and automatically creates co-branded marketing kits for the agent and paired loan officer.
If we find a new listing for an agent, both the agent and loan officer will see the marketing kit for that listing automatically appear on their ListReports® account – no effort required!
Creating a Marketing Kit as a loan officer
Loan officers can request reports manually from their ListReports® account.
To create a new marketing kit, please follow the steps below:
- From the Marketing Kits tab, click New Marketing Kit in the upper-right corner.
- In the Property Address field, enter the address for the listing (please select the listing from the drop-down without the Apt/Unit #). Then enter the Apt/Unit # in the correct box if required.
- Add the listing agent in the Agent* section of the form so that our system generates the marketing kit for that agent.
- Select the Listing Scenario from the drop-down menu.
- We highly recommend adding a Reference URL if creating a marketing kit for a listing other than a standard active listing on the MLS.
- Optional: Fill in any additional details on the form
- Listing Details – confirm the property statistics and information including bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, square feet, property type, price, property description.
- Additional Agent Info (loan officers only) – confirm additional agent information that includes: agent bio, YouTube video link, and testimonial.
- Photo Selection – provide the best 3-5 photos to appear on the materials.
- Customization – add open house times and/or change the color theme for the report.
- Co-Marketing options (loan officers only) – if desired, you may remove your personal details from the flyer.
- Extra Instructions – provide any other special instructions for our team for the materials. For example, if you want the address to display differently, need a five-photo flyer, a specific property description, if it is a rental property, etc.
Once all the details you wish to be included on the materials have been filled in, simply Submit the request to our team. Important Note: If you provide all headshots, logos, and at least three property photos, the materials will be completed much faster, as our team will not need to manually review all of the information.
Standard turnaround times for marketing kits are within one hour if the request is sent during business hours (9:00AM – 5:00PM PST). If the request is outside of those hours, it will be returned that same day.

Viewing my new Marketing Kit
With each marketing kit, you will receive a large array of different materials for your listings no matter the current status of the listing. To access a completed report, please follow these steps:
- From the Marketing Kit tab, find the marketing kit and click View.
- This will take you to the Detail Page. Find the material(s) you need in the list.
- Once the asset is selected, you have the following options (Note: Not all options are available for every item)
- View Material
- Download
- Share
If the marketing kit comes back as inactive, many of the materials will not be available.
Removing a Marketing Kit
ListReports® does not delete marketing kits created in the system. Instead, we archive kits to remove them from displaying on your ListReports account. Note: You can only archive a marketing kit you are the owner of and/or submitted the request for.
To archive an individual property kit, please follow these steps:
- From the Marketing Kits tab, find the kit you wish to archive
- Click the down arrow next to View
- Select Archive from the drop-down
- Click OK on the pop-up window to confirm and archive the marketing kit
To see all archived kits, select the All Marketing Kits drop-down and switch it to Archived Marketing Kits. Here you will see a list of all your archived materials.
