Why is the “send to agent” button for the Smart Email feature grayed out?
In order to protect your brand reputation while providing agents with the best possible experience, there are a few primary reasons why an agent may be ineligible to receive a smart email at this time:
- You've already used the maximum amount of smart emails for the current period
- The agent has already received a smart email from a loan officer in the last 30 days
- The agent is already paired with another loan officer on ListReports
- We don't yet have a known or proper email address for this agent
- The agent has opted out of these communications
