What are ListPacks?

ListPacks are themed collections of listings designed specifically to help agents start conversations with clients and followers on Facebook and LinkedIn. Each ListPack is themed around a particular home feature or commonality, designed to engage and educate connections on social media within a specified market.

To save time, suggested captions are provided that can be used to accompany agents’ social media posts.

 


Who has access to ListPacks®?


Paired, licensed real estate agents with a ListReports account have access to ListPacks. Loan officers with an Elite subscription and who are paired with a licensed real estate agent will have access to our premade Live ListPack Shareables.

 


How does an agent access ListPacks®?


ListPacks are sent directly to an agent’s inbox via their Daily ListReport email. They are also accessible from the agent’s Home page and ListPacks tab in their ListReports account.

 


Do you provide loan officers with any data, metrics, or insights into how agents are using ListPacks®?


Yes! For agents who use ListPacks, the loan officer they are paired with will be notified whenever a consumer fills out a ListPacks lead form. The lead’s information can then be accessed in the My Leads tab of the paired loan officer’s ListReports account.
