Marketing Kit Scenarios
In addition to active listings, you can also create marketing kits for various other scenarios, including:
- New Construction
- Pre-Listing (Coming Soon)
- For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
- Under Contract
- New Build/Construction
- Sold Listing
- Off-Market Listing
- Land (provide longitude and latitude coordinates if no address is available)
*Please Note: We do not create marketing kits for commercial properties.
Steps to Creating a Marketing Kit
To create a Marketing Kit, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Marketing Kits in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Click on New Marketing Kit in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. Type in the address of the property.
4. Use the drop down under Listing Scenario to select your specific scenario.
5. If you have a public facing reference URL that our team can access to fill in the details about the property, please provide it under Reference URL. This is optional.
6. Type in the name or email address of the agent you would like to co-brand with on the Marketing Kit and select them from the drop-down.
*For Sale By Owner Scenario: When creating a marketing kit, you typically need to add an agent for co-branding. However, in an FSBO scenario, you can add the homeowner's information instead:
1. Start typing in the Agent field.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the search results and select Add New Agent.
3. Fill out the required fields with the homeowner's contact information.
7. Fill out the information in the section dropdowns including under Listing details, Photo selection, and Extra Instructions. The information we require includes:
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Square Footage
- Lot Size
- Garage info
- Year built
- Price
- Minimum of 4 Photos (Required)
- Text Description (650 Character Max)
- If the listing is land, please provide latitude and longitude.
