Archiving or Removing a Marketing Kit

Archiving a Marketing Kit

While you can’t completely delete a marketing kit from your ListReports® account, you can archive it. This means it will be removed from your ListReports account, but it will still exist elsewhere for safekeeping. 

1. Click on the  Marketing Kits tab in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Click the down arrow icon on the right side of your View button next to the marketing kit you would like to remove.
3. Click Archive this Listing. 
4. If this is your first time archiving your marketing kits, you'll be asked to confirm. Click OK.

Restoring a Marketing Kit

You can always restore an archived marketing kit whenever you’d like!

1. Click on the  Marketing Kits tab in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Click the dropdown menu (see image below).
3. Select Archived Listings.
4. Next, select the listing you want to unarchive
5. Click the arrow next to View and choose Unarchive this Listing.
